Welcome to DR SOON Patient Portal
Congratulations! You now have an exclusive web-based medical and health record. You can access this information from any part of the world using your username and encrypted password. As patients you can find answers to your questions and complaints through forums and emails. Medical and pharmaceutical services where available are provided by third parties at best logistic efforts depending on your location.
All information in the database are private and confidential, so you may have to change your password regularly. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. This service is free and is targeted at my patients. Do not abuse this service. Visitors may also use this service if they feel that they can benefit from it.
This patient portal hope to introduce you to the concept of having your health and medical data and information in digital format.
You can register as patient for a user account now. Some of you will also receive one webuser account and one email account. English is the primary language. Other languages are available by translation software but admittedly they are not effective.
Please use pseudoname or nickname and do not post private and confidential information. In case you come across bugs I would appreciate if you would send the bug or error report to me. Please let me know what you like and what you do not like about this portal so that I can take steps to improve the website.

Self-managed medical account B
Instructions to open and use account B
- Visit http://www.clinicdiy.com/netclinic
- On your top left click Free Medical Account
- The new user form loads. Fill in your details and click submit. You have to use your own email address. If you do not have your own email, you can request an email alias from us.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. You have to click the activation link within 24 hours.
- Congratulations. You are now ready to use the account.
- Visit the address same as 1 above http://www.clinicdiy.com/netclinic. The log-in is on your right somewhere in the middle.
- On successful log-in your homepage loads. The 'medical record' dirctory is where you enter and manage all your medical information.
- Remember to log out after using.
- Next, visit http://www.clinicdiy.com/patientdb fill in the form and enter three keywords under remark (for example, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol). Then click submit. There are two reasons why you need to execute this step. We know who you are and visitors find your needs through the keywords in the database.

How to use your medical account
For the first time patients may have a partial glance of the doctors' notes. They are all posted under the medical section of account A.
As web-based data are accesible world-wide, I should be able to help you as long as I have internet access, username and password.
You may also use the email send feature to forward the doctors' notes to your loved ones, parents, children, friends, as well as to your next doctor for further action or second opinion even though they may be living in the other corner of the earth.
The work of the caregiver also become more effective, more efficient and more meaningful as this portal solves most of the problems of communication among the caregivers, doctors and patients.
